Candidate will be involved in building envelope design and restoration, field review, conformance reports, building envelope condition assessments, contract documentation and administration, capital reserve fund studies, cost estimation and controls, due diligence reports, research and development, building assembly testing and client services.
Applicants will have completed a Building Science Technologist Program at an accredited institute of technology. Proficiency in AutoCAD software for design is considered essential. Field review experience would be considered an asset.
