The Wave (Yates St, Victoria, BC)

This new development consists of thirteen stories incorporating 97 apartments. The project is constructed with cast-in-place concrete and uses a curtain wall system. The exterior finishes consist of painted concrete, metal panel and masonry. Balconies are present at each suite above the ground floor level, which are enclosed at the outside edges by a metal frame glazed balustrade assembly. There are deck areas at the second floor over living space.
